A friend had his roof replaced by Gateway and recommended I check them out. I appreciated the fact that they are a local company and have many good reviews. Their guy went up on the roof and did a detailed inspection of the damage. Much more thorough than the insurance company. Detailed pictures and measurements. He called the insurance Company for me which made that piece a breeze.  He was very thorough with the process, answering all my questions and helping me chose the best color of roofing to compliment my home.  The crew did a great job and he was here after they were done to check on my satisfaction and roll  the yard again for nails to prevent any issues for the mowers or myself just walking around  in the yard.  His customer service did not stop the day of completion. He has checked in several times to make sure I was still happy with the work and ensure there were no problems. We were basically blown off by the adjuster. 3 weeks later Aremus from Gateway came by. He said we had a legitimate claim. He was on the roof with the adjuster for 45 minutes. The claim went through and basically all we paid was our deductible. Stand up guy, stand up company.
